✈️ Newcomers Meetings – Whiteman Air Force Base

Every month, the Knob Noster Chamber has the opportunity to welcome 60–120 newly arriving airmen at Newcomers Meetings hosted on Whiteman AFB.  A Chamber representative attends each one to hand out branded welcome bags filled with promotional materials from our members.

 

This is a fantastic way to get your business in front of new residents—without needing to attend in person!

👜 Want to be included in the welcome bags?

We encourage all Chamber members to contribute materials such as:

• Business cards

• Flyers or brochures

• Coupons

• Branded items (magnets, pens, keychains, etc.)

Please provide enough to last 3–6 months (based on 60–120 airmen/month), and monitor your supply—we are unable to track individual inventory levels.

You may drop off materials during her open hours or use the mail slot located on the side of the front door if items will fit.

💡 Pro Tip:

If you're not sure what to include, think beyond the business card! Magnets, coupons, and practical swag tend to make a more memorable impact.
