Vendors & Event Participants

We love connecting local makers, businesses, community groups, and food vendors with the community! This page is your one-stop spot for vendor applications and event participant sign-ups for Chamber-hosted and Chamber-supported events. Whether you’re selling handmade goods, offering delicious eats, decorating a trunk, or showcasing your services, you’ll find our current opportunities and application form here.

Complete the form(s) below to apply or sign-up for upcoming events. If accepted, we’ll send you details and an invoice for your booth fee (when applicable). Space is limited for certain vendor types, so apply early to secure your spot!

Sign-up to set up at Trunk-or-Treat!

Set up starts at 4:00pm, on October 31st. Please be set and ready to hand out candy by 5:00pm. Event ends at 7:00pm, and you can move your vehicle once all children are clear from the area. Please prepare for a minimum of 300 children! This is a huge event. Mandy will be sending you your number and placement map (look for an email from amanda.spieker@gmail.com)

After submitting, you will receive an email with a PDF for you to print before the event. Please print this and tape to a visible area on your Trunk-or-Treat set up for community voting on Best Trunk for the trophy! Thank you

Mandy, Jamie, & other volunteers will be there on the 31st to help you find your spot.
