Who Plans the Event?

The business owner (or their designated representative) is responsible for selecting a date, planning the event details, and contacting the Chamber at least two weeks in advance to confirm that the chosen date is available (advisable before finalizing plans.)

What Does the Chamber Do?

  • We promote the event to Chamber members, and to the public via website and social medias.

  • We bring the ribbon and ceremonial scissors.

  • We take a photo and share it on our social media.

What Does the Business Need to Do?

  • Pick a date and confirm availability with us (weekdays before 10 AM are preferred).

  • Plan the event details (refreshments, giveaways, specials, etc.).

  • Send us the event details at least two weeks before so we can promote it.
